FFFAI jointly with Ministry of Commerce & Industry is organising conference on International North South Transport Corridor (INSTC) on Tuesday, 25th September, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 05:00 pm at Pullman hotel Aerocity, New Delhi, coinciding with FIATA WORLD CONGRESS 2018.The FWC-2018 will be formally inaugurated on September 26, at 9 am by Mr Nitin Gadkari, Road Transport & Highways and Shipping Minister, Government of India.
The Conference will be attended by Mr Suresh Prabhu, Minister of Commerce, along with Senior Bureaucratic, Diplomats from Embassy of Iran, Russia, Azerbaijan and CIS countries, members from EXIM fraternity & delegates from India, Russia, Iran and CIS countries.
INSTC endeavour has been to reduce cost, dwell time, and provide faster transit for movement of Shipments from and to INDIA – RUSSIA and CIS Countries via Bandar Abbas / Chabbahar – IRAN connecting by ROAD / RAIL to RUSSIA and CIS Countries and further possibilities of connecting Northern Europe Regions.
According to Mr Shankar Shinde, EC Member, FFFAI, INSTC Conference shall enlighten on streamlining documentation for seamless movement and open up many competitive optional route in CIS countries and Russia which will result in enhancing trade and open new opportunities for LSP (Logistics Service providers). “This conference also presents unique opportunities to network B2B with delegate of the conference,” he added.
