Bain Capital executed an investment in International Cargo Terminal and Infrastructure Private Limited, which belongs to the JM Baxi group, simultaneous with implementing a merger scheme for reorganisation of the International Cargo Terminal and Infrastructure Private Limited group as well as refinancing facilities availed by the International Cargo Terminal and Infrastructure Private Limited group.
