Allcargo Logistics has appointed veteran industry leader V S Parthasarathy as the Vice-Chairman with effect from January 25 2022. His role as non-executive non-independent Vice Chairman of the company will be to guide, mentor and help drive the transformation of the company along with subsidiaries ECU Worldwide and Gati Limited. Mr Parthasarathy, who spent more than 21 years with Mahindra Group, is a much-awarded professional, thought leader, and votary of transformational changes with over 35 years of rich experience wherein he has successfully led businesses, functions, and organization transformations. He is a well-recognized speaker in the fields of finance and IT.

At his last full-time assignment with Mahindra Group, he was the President of the Mobility Services Sector. He was also the Group CFO & Group CIO for Mahindra Group for Seven years. Besides this, he was a member of the Mahindra Group Executive Board. Before joining the Mahindra group, he had worked with Modi Xerox for 15 years.
At Allcargo Logistics, Mr Parthasarathy will guide and advise various functional leaders to enable business growth. As a thought leader, he will facilitate to help create and drive strategy, develop and nurture talent & capability, mentor and guide the key leadership team across the group.
