The deal is valued at EUR 2.9 million. With the 25% stake acquisition, ECU Worldwide N.V. is now a 100% owner of Fair Trade. The company has acquired Fair trade for expansion of FCL and LCL business in an important market with a synergistic and capable partner.
Two years ago in 2022, ECU Worldwide N.V had acquired 75% stake in Fair Trade for total consideration of EUR 12 million.
