In February this year, Noida International Airport had inked an agreement with AISATS for developing a cargo hub, which features an integrated cargo terminal, a transhipment centre and a warehousing and logistics zone spread on 80 acres. It will allow seamless traffic movement from air to road and vice versa.
Attracting business for the cargo hub, Noida airport has been organising multiple roadshows since May this year, particularly focusing on domestic and international cargo agents. One to one meetings with OEMs, MNC forwarders, shippers are also being conducted simultaneously.
