The railway land at Kailash Puram along National Highway (NH)-16 in Visakhapatnam is being offered for commercial development, for which, Rail Land Development Authority has invited bids for granting lease. The land measuring 4.71 acres will be leased for 99 years. It is in close proximity to NH-16, proposed Visakhapatnam Metro Rail Project’s Steel Plant Junction.
