Commerce Ministry developing platform to connect exporters, MSMEs, govt agencies

The platform will provide information on trade events across the globe and benefits available due to India’s FTAs and other international trade related information and data.

The Commerce Ministry is developing a trade connect e-platform for exporters, MSMEs and entrepreneurs to connect with various stakeholders including Indian Mission Abroad, export promotion councils and other partner government agencies. The platform will provide information on trade events across the globe and benefits available due to India’s FTAs and other international trade related information and data.

During the April-May of this fiscal, the highest exports were recorded from Jamnagar at USD 10 billion. It was followed by Kanchipuram ($3.27 billion), Mumbai ($2.24 billion), Pune ($2.14 billion), Kachchh ($2 billion), and Surat ($1.98 billion).
