Lohia, a key player in electric mobility, has launched the Narain iCH L3 Cargo, designed specifically for urban delivery operations. The new electric three-wheeler aims to provide efficient and sustainable transportation for businesses operating in cities.
The Narain iCH L3 Cargo features a practical design with a front profile and dual halogen headlamps for enhanced visibility. It comes with a cargo box measuring 1350 x 990 x 1130 mm, making it suitable for transporting a range of goods in urban settings.
Powered by a 5.3 kWh battery, the vehicle has a top speed of 23.5 km/h and offers a range of 90 to 100 kilometres on a single charge. It can be fully recharged in four hours, helping businesses reduce downtime. The vehicle’s Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) is 660 kilograms, and its dual-action hydraulic telescopic front suspension and rear leaf spring suspension ensure a smoother ride across various road conditions.
For safety, the Narain iCH L3 Cargo is equipped with drum brakes on both the front and rear, and a 7-degree gradeability enables it to handle slopes efficiently. A digital instrument cluster provides real-time operational data to the driver.
The vehicle has already attracted interest from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Porter, and BigBasket, which see its potential for improving urban delivery services.
