Adani Ports has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary named Adani Bangladesh Ports Pvt. Ltd in Bangladesh. It will be carrying out the business of dredging and port and infrastructure development.
