Agra to have a logistics hub in Mudhera village

The Agra Development Authority has announced the mega logistics project located on the southeast to the Gwalior road to Agra. The estimated cost for construction of the logistics hub is about Rs.570 Cr. Currently the development authority is procuring seed capital for acquiring land, following which proposal will be sent to the government for approval.

The detailed expenditure outlined for the project: Rs. 4,000 per square metre will be spent on land acquisition and Rs 2,500 per square metre is the cost for land development. The projected sale price of the land is around Rs 13,000 per square metre, competitive compared to the current market value of Rs 25,000 to 30,000 per square metre in the region. The logistics hub is just at a distance of 1km from the townships of Kakua and Bhandai. It is easily accessible via the service road of the inner ring road.
