To deploy smart city infrastructure in India, Airtel Business has teamed up with Arya Omnitalk, a joint venture between Arvind Ltd. and the JM Baxi Group. Under the theme “Future in Motion,” this partnership was showcased during the eighth India Mobile Congress (IMC) in Delhi. Through the use of automation and real-time data analytics, the alliance seeks to transform urban management by implementing solutions that optimize garbage collection, increase public safety, and control traffic.
Arya Omnitalk claims that its 85,000 installed GPS units would cut operating expenses by 20% and fleet fuel usage by 30%. Intelligent Transport Management Systems (ITMS), emergency response systems, and smart surveillance are some of the partnership’s key innovations. It is anticipated that these technologies will help cities manage resources more effectively.
