Allcargo logistics’ people management principles are based on the idea of diversity. Globally, women comprise almost 42% of its workforce at different levels. The company has developed comprehensive rewards and recognition programmes to engage talent and encourage outstanding performance. It also assigns equal importance to regular reskilling and up-skilling to boost employee capabilities. The health, safety, and security of the employees is non-negotiable for Allcargo Logistics.
As part of the Certification process, GPTW evaluates the organisation on two parameters – the Trust Index Employee Survey and the Culture Audit Management Questionnaire. In the Trust Index Employee Survey, the assessment is based on the confidential and anonymous feedback of the employees of a company. Culture Audit Management Questionnaire analyses the value system, programs and practices of a particular company. Allcargo Logistics has scored well on both parameters to be qualified for this Certification.
