AP Moller Capital looks to acquire stake in Pristine Logistics

Global investment firm AP Moller Capital is trying to acquire a major stake valued at $500 million in Pristine Logistics. Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) holds 57% stake in Pristine Logistics and is looking to exit the investment.

Global investment firm AP Moller Capital is trying to acquire a major stake valued at $500 million in Pristine Logistics. Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) holds 57% stake in Pristine Logistics and is looking to exit the investment. AP Moller Capital has emerged as the front runner for acquiring this stake, other contenders include US Freight Rail Company Midrail LLC, APM Capital and a joint venture between EQT and Temasek Holdings.

Pristine Logistics operates five logistics parks through its subsidiaries, located in Kanpur, Ludhiana, Siliguri, Patna, and Birgunj (Nepal). It has a substantial asset base of 900,000 square feet of warehousing space and a fleet of over 3,400 containers, trailers, and rakes.
