APL has announced the launch of a new China South-East Asia (CSE) service—a direct service that links North and Central China to the South-East Asian markets of Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines.

Designed to facilitate the thriving trade between China and South-East Asia, APL’s new CSE service will be synonymous with fast transit times. Shipments on board the CSE service from Bangkok and Laem Chabang to Manila will arrive in four and three days, respectively.

Shippers can expect cargo delivery from Manila to the Chinese ports of Qingdao and Shanghai in four and six days, respectively. Commencing its first sailing from Qingdao on February 12, 2018, the CSE service will call the ports of Qingdao, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh, Bangkok, Laem Chabang and Manila.
