Effective December 27, 2017 onwards, APL India Pvt. Ltd will be merged with CMA CGM Agencies India Pvt. Ltd (CCAI). Accordingly, from that date, CMA CGM Agencies (India) Pvt. Ltd will be the agent of APL Co. Pte Ltd Singapore, in India. CCAI shall have all the rights, obligations and claims in relation to the contracts/transactions related to APL (India) Pvt. Ltd (whether arising prior to or after December 27).
