The office was inaugurated by Mr. Amit Bhardwaj, Chief Commercial Officer at APM Terminals Pipavav, in the presence of representatives from Northern India Steamer Agents Association Ludhiana (NISAA), ICD operators of Ludhiana (Gateway Distriparks Ltd., CONCOR, Pristine Logistics, Hind Terminals Pvt. Ltd., Adani Logistics Ltd.), prominent Freight Forwarders, Exporters/Importers and APM Terminals Pipavav’s Commercial Team.
Ludhiana has the distinction of having a large base for import of scrap, steel, wastepaper and an equally large base for the export of rice and yarn amongst other commodities.
