Statistics from an industrial association revealed that Container throughput at China’s main ports continued to take pleasure in increasing momentum in the middle of December.
According to the China Ports and Harbors Association, from December 11 to 20, container throughput at China’s eight main ports augmented 9.8 percent year on year, with the development rate at Shanghai, Ningbo and Shenzhen ports surpassing 10 percent.
Specially, the container throughput for foreign trade increased 11.9 percent from a year earlier throughout the same period, increased 7 percentage points from that posted in the past 10 days.
