CLdN is entering a new sector, tapping Hyundai Mipo in South Korea to build 10 load-on/load-off (lolo) container vessels which will start to deliver in early 2027.

The new vessels will be purposely built by South Korean shipbuilder HD Hyundai Mipo, which is a long-term partner of CLdN and is currently completing the construction of two 8,000 lane meter G9e RoRo vessels, which are scheduled for delivery to CLdN in the first half of 2025.

The newbuild ships will have a cargo capacity of 1,100 teu and will complement CLdN’s fleet of more than 30 roro vessels.
