Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) and Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) have signed a MoU. The vision is to offer seamless and cost effective end-to-end logistics services to customers under a single window. Both the organisations will together explore business opportunities by leveraging mutual infrastructure and experience for creating synergy.
Sanjay Swarup, CMD, CONCOR said the MoU will enable the rail freight major to utilise SCI’s shipping services to develop it’s footprint at overseas locations and further expand operations to offer coastal shipping services & Inland Waterways movement. A wide range of customisable logistics solution will be developed for the benefit of trade at large.
