DFCCIL invites bids for a multi-modal cargo terminal in Uttar Pradesh

Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCCIL) has invited bids for the construction of Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal (GCT) in Uttar Pradesh. The final date for submission of bid is 16 February, 2024.

The project work will include complete planning, undertaking constructing, development and bringing into full operations of the Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal (GCT) in Uttar Pradesh for handling cargo on common loop line no.1 towards New Khurja end of New Boraki station on DFCCIL/Railway land under Schedule-‘2’ of GCT Policy of Indian Railways. The scope includes civil works, building work, electrical works including provision of street Light, motorized isolator, and signalling and telecom works. The construction will begin within three months from the approval of ESP, that is, grant of approval of construction, and the work is to be completed within 18 months. The value of the contract is Rs 156 crore.
