DLI is focusing to provide best in class logistics services at Integrated Logistics Park – Anekal, Bangalore. From starting scheduled domestic train services from Gujrat to Anekal, Bangalore to JSW Steel coils handling and distribution and now opened empty container yard with MNR facility. “DLI recently inaugurated a new Empty Yard for the maintenance and repair (MNR) of shipping line containers at its multimodal logistics Park Located in Anekal, Bengaluru, where DLI’s rail link terminal is already operational in full swing, handling trains almost every alternative day. Much-awaited empty facility shall be operated by Will Marine, who is one of the leading MNR service provider in India. The empty yard will facilitate pick-up and drop-off of shipping line containers by road or through DLI’s own rail siding at Anekel. This empty yard follows the Letter Of Intent (LOI) awarded to DLI from Inter-Ministerial Committee (IMC) to operate an Inland Container Depot (ICD) in Anekal. The empty yard can be expanded by DLI as per the demand considering the 120 acres of land that DLI holds in its Integrated Logistics Park at Anekel, Bengaluru.”
