The NLDS ULIP Logixtics Hackathon 2.0 Grand Finale, which was arranged by NICDC Logistics Data Services Ltd. (NLDSL) in association with Startup India and NITI Ayog’s Atal Innovation Mission, demonstrated the revolutionary potential of creative ideas to reshape the country’s logistics environment.
As the event’s guest of honor, Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry, gave the awardees their prizes. He praised the attendees’ inventiveness and commitment in his keynote speech, emphasizing the vital role that innovation plays in realizing the goal of “Viksit Bharat 2047.” Goyal promoted green practices like electric vehicles and biofuels and underlined the need for additional hackathons that solve current issues in the logistics industry. He also emphasized how crucial it is to build skills through collaborations between the public and private sectors as well as academics. Data-Driven Optimization of Logistics Operations, Operational Efficiency and Optimization, Tech-Driven Logistics Innovation, Unified Documentation and Digital Transformation, and Sustainable Logistics were the five primary categories in which competitors competed.
In the tech-driven logistics innovation category, Docker Vision emerged as the winner for their outstanding solutions. They designed a system to optimize port operations in India’s container tracking and predicted traffic management.
