DP World adds 51 new freight forwarding offices in Asia Pacific

Glen Hilton, CEO and Managing Director – Asia Pacific, DP World, said in the current geopolitical scenario DP World has a responsibility to help customers navigate increasingly complex supply chains, as they look forward to enhanced market access and streamlined and resilient logistics from factory to door of the customer. The full range of services include order and origin management, port handling and freight management through all modes of transport, Customs clearance and bonded warehousing. Value added services, include trade finance, commodity specific services, cars in containers, transload and advanced hubs.    

These services can all be accessed through a single digital window that is backed by an integrated Global Services Centre that centralises back-end processes and is manned by over 500 IT specialists.
