Exim Integrated Club (EIC), in cooperation with one of the world’s leading carriers, Hapag-Lloyd, hosted a webinar on January 31, 2023, to educate all import customers on the digital payment process adopted by Hapag-Lloyd via the ODeX platform at no charge.
During the webinar, the ODeX Team explained the 3-step process for payments and DO via the ODeX Portal, as well as a number of advantages, including:
• No follow ups on the payments to LINE
• Real time confirmation
• No waiting time
• No need to update UTR
The webinar was joined by Sheetal Mukherjee, Amol Ohal, Trupti Bagwe, and Neena Taneja from the Hapag-Lloyd team, while the session was moderated by Dr. Darshan Mashroo, an EIC member, and initiated by EIC Founder Anand Paranjape in collaboration with the ODeX team. More than 300+ participants attended the webinar and demonstrated their interest by actively participating in the Q&A and POLL survey.
