August 24, 2020: The Ministry of Shipping is contemplating issuing directions to all l4 major Ports Trusts to assess the impact of Force Majeure Clause in respect of various projects and consider ending the duration of the Force Majeure in respect of each project as per the terms of Contract/Concession Agreement on case to case basis for each of their projects.
