EoI invited for eight Saudi ports

The Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani), in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization and Public-Private Partnerships (NCP), has announced the opening of an Expression of Interest (EOI) period for eight major commercial and industrial Saudi ports. According to the Private Sector Participation (PSP) Law, long-term agreements will be offered to experienced private sector enterprises through a competitive procurement process.

Basic marine services such as anchorage, pilotage, towage, berthing and un-berthing, and mooring will be included in the agreements, as well as extra services such as pollution control and firefighting.

Interested local and international private sector companies can download the EoI document from the NCP website www.ncp.gov.sa. The final date to submit the EOIs is April 07, 2022 at 03:00 pm KSA, Following the EOI phase, the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be issued to all EoI respondents.
