Hapag Lloyd announces Peak Season Surcharge from India & Pakistan to Middle East

This PSS is applicable to all containers sailing from Nhava Sheva, Kandla, Mundra (India) and Karachi (Pakistan) from July 1, 2024, and is valid until further notice.

A Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) from Nhava Sheva, Kandla and Mundra (India) and Karachi (Pakistan) to Arabian Gulf* and Eastern Province Saudi Arabia* for cargo transported in 20’ and 40’ Dry containers, is coming up. This PSS is applicable to all containers sailing from Nhava Sheva, Kandla, Mundra (India) and Karachi (Pakistan) from July 1, 2024, and is valid until further notice.

The details for this increase are listed below:

From Nhava Sheva, Mundra and Kandla (India) to Arabian Gulf Ports and Eastern Province Saudi Arabia:

20′ Dry Container: USD 100

40′ Dry Container: USD 100

From Karachi (Pakistan) to Arabian Gulf Ports and Eastern Province Saudi Arabia:

20′ Dry Container: USD 150

40′ Dry Container: USD 150

*Arabian Gulf: UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain and Qatar *Eastern Province Saudi Arabia: Dammam, Riyadh and Jubail in Saudi Arabia.
