Hapag-Lloyd will improve its current connections to Portugal with weekly departures from the ports of Lisbon and Leixões to and from Tangier and Rotterdam, starting on 19 May.
The German company believes that with these new sailings it will secure a better and faster connection with its main line services.
The first departures of the new feeder services will be as follows:
Cargoes from/to Lisbon and Leixões with transhipment in Tangier:
Import – First Northbound call will be X-Press Vesuvio 21007N – ETA Tangier 16 May
Export – First Southbound call will be X-Press Monte Bianco 21008S – ETA LEI 27 May and ETA LIS 30 May.
Cargoes from/to LISBON and Leixões with transhipment via Rotterdam:
Export – First Northbound call will be Elbstar v.008 – ETA LIS 19 May and ETA LEI 21 May
Import – First Southbound call will be Mastery D v.013 ETD RTM 22 May.
