According to an order from Bangladesh’s National Board of Revenue, all shipments into Bangladesh w.e.f. July 1, 2019 must submit the complete electronic cargo manifest before leaving the last port or call.
In compliance with the order, lines have asked customers to submit shipping instructions on time so as to ensure accurate and timely completion and submission of the manifest 24 hours before the vessel’s departure, it is learnt.
