Both the entities have decided to enhance e-commerce last-mile delivery capabilities for D2C or direct-to-consumer startups and small & medium businesses in the country. As part of the collaboration iThink Logistics aims to create economical deliveries, particularly in rural areas with less developed logistics infrastructure. The logistics company outlined that India Post’s experience and wide-ranging network will complement iThink Logistics’ technological capabilities, thereby promising efficiency, dependability, and enhanced customer satisfaction. According to the company, its online portal can be linked with marketplaces or online stores through APIs or Application Programming Interface and has a built-in channel that connects with multiple renowned courier partners. “This collaboration is a fusion of tradition and innovation, and it opens up exciting new opportunities to reach every touch point in India.
