M/s Fresh & Healthy Enterprises Limited (FHEL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has set up Haryana’s latest state-of-the-art, most modernised advanced palletised Frozen Cold Storage facility in an area of 30860 sq ft.,at FHEL Agri-Center, Rai Industrial Area, Distt. Sonipat, Haryana. The facility is strategically located on NH1 (GT Karnal Road) and cater to Delhi-NCR area as well as KMP expressway.

Shri V. Kalyana Rama, Chairman & Managing Director, CONCOR and Chairman, FHEL inaugurated the newly constructed Frozen Warehouse facility on 09.03.2023. The inauguration function was graced by the Directors/Executive Directors of CONCOR, CEO/FHEL alongwith officials of FHEL, National President of Federation of Cold Storage Associations of India & Member of Task Force of CII Cold Chain, Managing Partner of M/s. Siddhi Enterprises, CEO of Indicold Pvt. Ltd., stakeholders and representatives of trade from cold chain agencies.

The facility can store upto 4416 number of pallets and 4416 Metric Ton cargo at a temperature upto (-) 25 Degree Celsius which complies with high standards of safety & security. This facility is going to re-define the cold storage operations due to excellence in mechanised operational efficiencies as no human intervention is required for maintaining the set protocols of temperature/ humidity etc. The facility is envisioned to handle high throughput delicate products such as ice-cream, butter, frozen vegetables etc. due to its energy efficient design that ensures minimum temperature loss.
