To further enhance transparency and facilitate customer interactions, Maersk has organized a Maersk customer engagement program known as the “Live Connect session” for its customers located in Kolkata, Haldia, Visakhapatnam and local ICDs. The primary goal of this session is to provide customers with an in-depth understanding of Maersk website features, import procedures and documentation etc.
