Maersk announces customer engagement programme

The primary goal of this session is to provide customers with an in-depth understanding of Maersk website features, import procedures and documentation etc.

To further enhance transparency and facilitate customer interactions, Maersk has organized a Maersk customer engagement program known as the “Live Connect session” for its customers located in Kolkata, Haldia, Visakhapatnam and local ICDs. The primary goal of this session is to provide customers with an in-depth understanding of Maersk website features, import procedures and documentation etc.

Maersk invites all the customers to partner in sharing their insights and experiences. The Customer input will be instrumental in shaping a more customer-centric platform, providing an effortless and comprehensive digital experience.
