The construction of the bridge was completed two years ago, but the road development work on the Bangladesh side at Ramgarh towards the seaport has not yet been finished. Similarly, the infrastructure development for the logistics hub and SEZ in Sabroom of South Tripura were also not made operational. The officials said the arrangements for the loading and unloading of cargo shipments on the Tripura side have already been made.
