MSC has announced that the DRAGON service connecting Asia to Israel, Italy and the South of France will return in the next month.

MSC claims that this service will deliver fast connections into Tyrrhenian region and South of France.

The Swiss/Italian container carrier said the newly introduced call at Ashdod Hadarom in Israel will allow them to offer full coverage of Asia in the Israeli market, together with a direct Haifa call on Phoenix service.

The full rotation of the service will be:

Shanghai (China) – Ningbo (China) – Yantian (China) – Singapore – Ashdod (Israel) – Naples (Italy) – La Spezia (Italy) – Genoa (Italy) – Fos sur Mer (France) – Gioia Tauro (Italy) – King Abdullah (Saudi Arabia) – Singapore – Shanghai

This first sailing is due to depart from Shanghai on 15 March, according to an MSC statement.
