Pentagon International Freight Solutions has announced its strategic tie-up with Emiza, a tech-enabled 3PL that offers multi-client warehousing and fulfilment solutions to both offline and online customers. Emiza’s state-of-art fulfilment centres pan-India are equipped with a sophisticated warehouse management system which is connected to both e-commerce marketplaces as well as the ERP systems of companies, allowing them to seamlessly manage both their online and offline business from one single location thereby optimising inventory. Emiza is empowering brands like Swiss Military, iBall, Chicco, St. Botanica, The Mom’s Co., Mama Earth, etc. with superior warehouse and inventory management solutions.
The CMD of Pentagon International Freight Solutions, Mr Paresh Bhanushali, and the CEO, Mrs Shantha Martin, have been working on deriving synergies from strategic tie-ups and this collaboration with Emiza will enable them to jointly extend the warehousing solutions to their clients and also cater to the international freight movement by ocean and air. The strategic partnership is aimed at providing customers in the country the best customised warehousing solution along with international freight movement with efficient first and last mile connectivity.
Further, Mr Bhanushali is looking at investing in technology to enable clients to have seamless operations and build scale for the growing number of entrepreneurs in India.
The CMD of Emiza Supply Chain Services, Mr Ajay Rao, has expressed optimism in terms of honing the ability of Emiza to cater more efficiently to its large corporate clients through this strategic tie-up. Emiza has recently expanded its facility in Bhiwandi, Mumbai and has several more expansions on the anvil.
