Lynkit’s product for simplifying exports, PikMyBox (PMB), was one of the key players deliberating on strategies for export-oriented businesses to expand at the second edition of E-commerce Logistics Summit held at Taj Santacruz in Mumbai. PikMyBox’s spokesperson, Sadhika Kumar, along with Suvendu Choudhury, Managing Director of FedEx, and Manoj Singh, Senior VP of Adani Airports, were among the esteemed panelists who deliberated at the summit on how to make customers around the globe more accessible for Indian exporters.

This year’s E-commerce Logistics Summit emphasized key facilitators to make D2C brands sell more easily and directly to foreign customers. While deliberations were made on reaching customers anywhere in the world with ease, the cross-border e-commerce opened up the possibility for the world to become one single village.

PikMyBox took the opportunity to engage with fellow stakeholders and partners through panel discussions and even face-to-face meetings. With the best minds across the industry, speakers discussed the most important issues in e-commerce logistics where PikMyBox delivered key insights to navigate the evolving e-commerce ecosystem.

During the summit, PMB spokesperson Sadhika Kumar said that in bulk and container trade, there are CHAs and large companies to help along the process, but in the parcel export business, you don’t have such players handholding you – but the process is as complex.

“PMB primarily caters to the businesses of the Small and Medium-size Enterprises (SMEs). We provide a low-cost pickup service anywhere in India and export to anywhere in the world. PikMyBox serves the small exporter by even having a free version of application and software subscription,” stated Sadhika Kumar.

In FY’21, more than 4000 unique exporters used the PikMyBox’s platform to export more than 1 million shipments to over 150 countries. “Apart from helping in logistics, PikMyBox facilitates end-to-end export. It helps exporters get the Import Export Code (IEC) and get registered at the air cargo stations. The platform helps exporters in creating all necessary documents like courier shipping bill, postal bill of export and after the shipment, it helps with all regulatory requirements like RBI export declaration form, GST return forms for the fund,” Sadhika Kumar added.
