Victor assumes charge as Managing Director & CEO of Dredging Corporation of India Limited, Visakhapatnam on 01/03/2021 This is the first top management senior appointment in DCI which is owned by consortium of four ports Visakhapatnam Port Trust, Paradip Port Trust, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust and Deendayal Port Trust in a strategic divestment deal.
Dr. G.Y.V Victor is the first DCI Cadet from All India Dredging Cadre. He had joined DCI as a dredge cadet in 1991 and worked with many international and national companies and gained rich experience in the field of Dredging prior joining DCI as MD & CEO.
Dr. G.Y.V Victor who holds a Doctorate Degree, is a Chartered Engineer (UK), Chartered Physicist (UK), Certified Dredge Master and Mariner, qualified in Finance Management, Port Development and Management, Containerization and Logistics Management, qualified lawyer, Fellow in Arbitration, Licensed Arbitrator, Mediator and a qualified Admiralty and Contracts Lawyer.
