SafeStorage, India’s leading self-storage solution provider, has strengthened its competencies by adding warehouse space and new clients to its portfolio. The new list of clientele for document storage include IndiGlobal Labs, Pyramidions, Arun Arora & Co, BiasCorp, Fike Corporations & Prateek Apparels Pvt Ltd. Under document storage service – the company provides safe and secure storage for critical business documents in corrugated boxes.
The company has also signed up for 3PL services with MOTOCRUIZER TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD and Ra Source Pvt. Ltd. Associating with SafeStorage would give advantages such as helping in scaling up of warehouse, skilled labour support, on demand logistics as per need and inventory management with software support.
Sharing his thoughts, Ramesh Madisetty, CEO & Co-founder, SafeStorage, said, “Hybrid working models and co-working spaces are making storage and maintenance of documents a great difficulty for many companies and start-ups. The aim is to provide these clients with safe and reliable storage as an affordable solution to their documentation storage menace.”
To track the movement and placement of each item in the facility, the company has barcode-assisted software, Biometric Access Denial System and 24-hour security and CCTV cameras. Services like sorting files and documents, making a detailed inventory as per requirement, and packing them in boxes are also offered.
To optimize warehousing and to facilitate ease of operation, they have incorporated AI and ML models in their processes. Artificial Intelligence is used to identify unused space across warehouses. The AI then suggests the best fit (space based) on the inbound customer goods/items. The company has employed Machine Learning & Deep Learning to assign pickups based on geography resulting in the optimization of transportation.
SafeStorage currently has 9 lakh+ square feet space in warehouses across five cities in India – Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai & Pune. SafeStorage’s warehouses are covered for fire, theft, and natural calamities. The warehouses are fully equipped with modular fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and alarm systems. SafeStorage takes all the precautionary measurements to keep luggage safe and follows regular pest control services and maintains clean, dry, secure storage facilities. All items are stored on wooden pallets to protect from pests and each warehouse is well equipped with CCTV cameras. The Safe Storage team is currently a family of 220 members across divisions. Technology, Digital Marketing, CRM & Sales department is headed by Ramesh Madisetty (Co-Founder & CEO). Logistics and Operations is taken care of by Venu Madhav Maidam (Co-Founder & COO). Accounts and warehousing is headed by Nageswar Midam (Co-Founder & CFO).
