Sarbananda Sonowal, the Indian Minister of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways, is now in Singapore for Singapore Maritime Week, and PSA International has welcomed him and his delegation while they are in Tuas Port. Before visiting Tuas, where they learned more about the state-of-the-art operations and automation capabilities, the delegation was greeted by PSA India’s Managing Director Gobu Selliaya and the PSA Middle East South Asia regional team. Tuas Port, a crucial node in the global maritime ecosystem, is built to satisfy the expanding needs of global trade and enhance Singapore’s standing as a major transshipment center. Deepsea terminals in PSA Mumbai and PSA Chennai, PSA Ameya, which operates container freight stations in Navi Mumbai and Mundra, and PSA BDP India offices currently make up PSA’s presence in India.
