Siemens to sell airport logistics business to Vanderlande

Toyota Industries Corporation’s Vanderlande has agreed to purchase Siemens AG’s Siemens Logistics division. In addition to being a strategic long-term owner for Siemens Logistics, Vanderlande is a top global partner for future-proof logistic process automation in the parcel, airport, and warehouse sectors. The enterprise value, or purchase price, is €300 million. If all regulations are approved, closing is anticipated to occur in 2025.
