October 13, 2020: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister signed 14 MoUs worth Rs.10,055 crore. These projects will be implemented in Chennai, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, Tenkasi, Ramanathapuram, Tiruppur districts. JSW Renewable Energy inked a deal for Rs.6300 crore for a hybrid renewable project for 810MW in Tuticorin, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli and Tiruppur and a captive wind energy project in Rameswaram.
Greenbase Industrial Parks, part of Hiranandani Group is establishing industrial logistics park in Oragadam with an investment of Rs.750 crore. Mantra Data Center will invest Rs.750 crore for setting up a data center near Chennai.
