Telangana to sell 117 acres of land

The state government aims to generate Rs 4,000 to Rs 5,000 crores by selling 117 acres of land in Khanamet and Puppalaguda.

Telangana government decided to generate revenue by selling the lands in the state. It is known that the KCR-led government completed the first phase of land selling in Kokapet. Now, the state government aimed to generate Rs 4,000 to Rs 5,000 crores by selling the government lands through an auction. During the second phase of the land auction, the government is going to sell 117 acres of land in Khanamet and Puppalaguda.

The government is going to release the notification on Monday. The state government also decided to release notification for selling of Bhagayat Lay Out in Uppal.
