The Alliance, which consists of Hapag-Lloyd, Ocean Network Express (ONE), Yang Ming and HMM, has decided to implement changes to two of its US East Coast services. More specifically, after more than half a year of being omitted, the call at the port of Savannah, US will be reinstated on the East Coast Loop 2 (EC2) Service. The first call will start with YM Warranty (V.014 E) with an estimated time of departure (ETD) at Pusan, South Korea on 23 May and an estimated time of arrival (ETA) at Savannah on 6 July.

On the other hand, due to ongoing delays, THE Alliance will begin to skip the port of Norfolk, US starting with YM Warmth (V-31 EB) at Kaohsiung, Taiwan on 1 June. Hapag-Lloyd has announced alternative choices of East Coast Loop 1 (EC1) or East Coast Loop 5 (EC5), both of which will continue to offer direct Norfolk calls.
