The Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) has sold 20 acres of property in Pithampur Sector 7 to TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP), marking the company’s entry into the Indore market.
In order to meet the growing need for premium warehousing in the area, the company plans to invest ₹200 crore to build a Grade-A logistics park. By generating more than 1,000 jobs and expanding the market for regional goods, this development is anticipated to greatly strengthen the local economy. The Pithampur facility is ideally situated along National Highway 47 (the Indore-Ahmedabad Highway), 25 kilometers from the city center of Indore, offering great connectivity.
Indore is ideally situated for companies looking to optimize their supply chain operations because of its central location in India, which allows for effective distribution of goods throughout the country. Furthermore, as a SMART city with excellent connectivity, Indore has become a major industrial center, drawing businesses eager to increase their operational effectiveness and reach.
TVS ILP’s logistics park is ideally situated to satisfy the demands of sectors including e-commerce, retail, and FMCG because of Indore’s robust presence in the automotive, heavy engineering, textile, and manufacturing industries as well as the rising demand for cutting-edge infrastructure.
By introducing cutting-edge, technologically advanced warehouses that meet global standards for sustainability and operational efficiency, the facility will raise the competitiveness of companies doing business in the area.
