VRL Logistics has announced acquisition of Bengaluru Transshipment Hub for ₹229.30 crores. This acquisition will save the company approximately ₹15.72 crores annually in lease rentals and provide flexibility for future expansion. The purchase was funded through internal accruals and a loan from HDFC Bank.
